The purpose of the digital media push for this campaign is to reach the students on their level and platforms. Content is fed to specific Bellaire trip focused Instagram and TikTok accounts. I helped the trip facilitating teacher create an automated email marketing campaign to establish another avenue of trackable promotion. In tandem with that, we felt it was important to introduce this new company by attaching it to Abigail as a go-between to the students/parents and Explorica.
Travel With Abi Lock-Up
Seeing as this trip, and company it is run by, are a bit more flexible with promotion, we felt it needed an anchor of familiarity. I created a lock-up titled Travel With Abi - the teacher that is facilitaing all these travel opportunities. The parents and the students are familiar with Abigail, so tying the trip t her and her classes was our best course of action for an introduction to Explorica.
Email Communication
Since the trip if almost 2 years away, we’ve only initiated a virtual informational meeting for now. Current digital communication is going more in-depth on the EF Tour trip for June 2024, but we felt it best to at least start the conversation this trip; give the students something to look forward to for those that could not join the EF Tour.
